Visiting artists Cynthia Bickley-Green and Monica Stroik talk about the work they're creating this summer at the Torpedo Factory Art Center.
The Visiting Artist Program is a professional development opportunity for emerging and experienced visual artists. Hear them speak about their work and inspirations before the end of their visits.
August presenters are Cynthia Bickley-Green and Monica Stroik. Bickley-Green, a painter based in Greenville, NC, teaches at East Carolina University and is in Studio 317. Stroik, based locally in Alexandria, is a painter who also mixes video for live musical performances. She is in Studio 322.
