Young Girl Found Walking Alone Outside In Alexandria: Police
Police say the girl was found outside in the cold in the early morning hours.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — A 5-year-old girl was found alone in the cold early Friday morning, according to Alexandria Police. The mother has found and is reuniting with the child.
The girl was spotted around 4 a.m. in the area of Van Dorn Street and Edsall Road, Fox5 reported. There was no immediate word on how the child got there, and police did not say if the incident could be deemed a crime.
A person who found the child kept her in a car until police came. The child was held at the police department until the mother arrived.
