ā¢ Community Turns Out for 3 Hour Discussion on Valley Commerce Center (loudounnow.com) ā A massive 1 million-square-foot Valley Commerce Center warehouse complex is proposed just outside Purcellvilleās town limits along Purcellville Road, and residents packed a three-hour county hearing to debate its future. Neighbors and town leaders raised sharp concerns about traffic, wells, and rural character, while business advocates argued Loudoun desperately needs more flex industrial space. Supervisors will make a final decision May 19.
