2 Juveniles Caught Trying To Break Into Route 7 Tobacco Hut: Police

RESTON, VA — Officers from the Reston District Station apprehended two juveniles who they say attempted to break into and steal from the Tobacco Hut at 10510 Leesburg Pike in the Vienna/Great Falls area, according to the weekly crime report.

Around 3:19 a.m., on Thursday, an employee of the Tobacco Hut was awoken by a sound on the roof. A glance at the store's surveillance cameras revealed that two juveniles were on the roof trying to get inside the store, according to police.

Arriving officers found the the two juveniles hiding nearby. They released one of them to his parent and the other was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center, where petitions for burglary were served, according to police
