RESTON, VA — The Back Nine Golf has signed a lease for 4,500 square feet at 1860 Reston Row Plaza, bringing an indoor golf facility to The Row at Reston Station, according to an announcement from Comstock Holding Companies.
The business plans to offer 24/7 access to indoor golf simulators, including Full Swing Pro 2.0 technology used by the TGL indoor golf league. The facility will include simulated golf courses, mini-golf and putting games.
“We are incredibly excited to bring The Back Nine Golf to the Reston community and to be part of the energy and vision behind The Row at Reston Station,” owner Elaine Spencer said in a statement.
Tim Steffan, chief operating officer at Comstock, said in a statement that the company was “excited to welcome The Back Nine Golf to The Row at Reston Station.”

The lease comes after changes to previous plans for entertainment tenants at Reston Station.
In 2022, Puttshack signed a lease with Comstock for a 29,000-square-foot space at 1870 Reston Row Plaza. The location was later included in an expanded office footprint for Booz Allen Hamilton.
Last November, Comstock announced that Booz Allen Hamilton had signed multiple leases for office space at 1870 Reston Row Plaza, according to a company release.
“Following the execution of the new Booz Allen lease at Reston Station, the space previously under consideration for Puttshack will now be incorporated into Booz Allen’s expanded footprint,” a Comstock spokesperson told FFXnow in December. “As a result, Puttshack will not be moving forward at Reston Station.”
The Back Nine Golf space will be located near the future Ebbitt House restaurant at Reston Station near the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station.
