Arlington Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Hospice Patient
Fairfax County Police arrested a home care worker whom they say sexually assaulted an 80-year-old Reston man in his home.

RESTON, VA — Detectives from the Major Crimes Bureau of the Fairfax County Police Department arrested an Arlington man for sexually assaulting a hospice patient last October in his Reston home, according to a police release.
Officers at FCPD's Reston District Station first learned on Nov. 11. that an 80-year-old Reston man had told a family member that he awakened to find his home care specialist performing a sex act on him in the victim's home.
Following an investigation, detectives charged Nizhamuding Jureti, 57, of Arlington, with one count of forcible sodomy. Jureti is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. At the time of the incident, Jureti was working for Care with LOVE, a home care services company in Fairfax.

Specialists from the Major Crimes Bureau’s Victim Services Division have been assigned to see that the victim receives appropriate resources and assistance.
