Auditions Monday for Reston Players' 'Sunset Boulevard'

“You’re Norma Desmond. You used to be in silent pictures. You used to be big.” “I am big. It’s the pictures that got small.”

Need a little drama in your life? The Reston Players will be holding auditions starting Monday for its next production, “Sunset Boulevard.” Here’s the scoop:

• Monday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m.
• Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m.
• Invited call backs: Sunday, Nov. 16 at 3 p.m.

Auditions will be held at the Reston Players rehearsal hall located at 266 Sunset Park Dr. in Herndon, in the Sunset Business Park. For directions click here

Prepare 32 bars of a song, preferably in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided, but bring sheet music in the correct key. Come dressed to move at the audition for the choreography portion.Be prepared to list all conflicts between auditions and performances. No appointment necessary. All roles are open.
