Work on small and focused movements that can be adapted to your experience, flexibility, and strength. Barre is based in ballet exercises but incorporates elements of Pilates and yoga for added flexibility and muscle development. Come wearing socks or barefoot and clothes easy to move in, bring stretch bands and ankle/wrist weights if you have them.
