Have you ever wanted to run away to the circus? Join our intro to aerial silks class and get a taste of the magic! We will learn the foundations of aerial silks like climbing, inverting, conditioning, and fun poses.
As children, we move playfully, free from constraints and concerns. But as adults, our movement often becomes a series of goal-based checkboxes, and we lose sight of the simple joy that moving brings to our lives. To break that cycle, we offer fun, novel activities that encourage every body to find movement that fits their abilities and rekindles that joy in their daily lives.
Kids and adults are welcome. This intro class is for ages 9+.
