The plan has had four versions in twenty months, and nothing offered so far is recorded. I laid out the three realistic paths from the public record: approved, denied, or a full plan amendment. For each, I show what it costs and what it delivers for homeowners, South Lakes families, Reston Association members and the course itself.
I also lay out a middle ground: if anything is approved, it should come with recorded limits on the rest of the course, protection for the natural areas, and any future change only through the full County process.
