Crescent Hotels Signs Deal With Comstock To Run JW Marriott: Report
Crescent Hotels & Resorts will manage the 243-room JW Marriott hotel at Reston Station.

RESTON, VA — Crescent Hotels & Resorts has signed a deal with an affiliate of Comstock Holding Companies to operate the new JW Marriott at Reston Station, according to reports.
Scheduled to open in mid-2025, the hotel will be the first JW Marriott in Virginia and the second in the greater Washington, D.C. area, according to Hotel Management. It is located adjacent to the Wiehle-Reston East Station on Metro's Silver Line.
The first 12 floors of the 28-story glass and concrete high-rise, will contain 243 hotel rooms, with the floors above containing 94 JW Marriot-branded condominiums, according to Hotel Management's report. Marriott International has already signed on as the condominium manager.

“It’s incredibly exciting to be involved in this prestigious development,” Michael George, president and CEO of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, said in a statement published by Hotel Management. “Crescent excels in the luxury full-service hotel sector, and Reston Station is a highly sought-after location. The addition of the JW Marriott Hotel to the Reston Station neighborhood will set a new standard for luxury and service in both the Dulles Corridor and the D.C. region.”
