Tropical Smoothie Cafe is offering a promotion, and a special guest will be on hand as well.
RESTON, VA — Friday is National Flip-Flop Day. Did you know that? Probably not. Who can keep track of all these bizarre "holidays" anyway?
But if you're in Reston, it's an opportunity to get a free treat. That's because Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 11684 Plaza America Drive will be giving a free Sunshine Smoothie to anyone who walks in wearing flip-flops between 2 and 7 p.m. on Friday.
In addition, Blaire from "The Jack Diamond Morning Show" on Mix 107.3 will be on hand. She'll be there between 2 and 4 p.m.
