Future Of Reston, Herndon Subject Of Upcoming Business Forum: Report
Northern Virginia business leaders will be discussing the future of development in Reston and Herndon at an upcoming conference.

RESTON, VA — The Future of Reston and Herndon will be the focus of a Feb. 15 commercial real estate conference hosted by Bisnow and sponsored by Comstock Companies.
The conference will take place at 1800 Reston Row Plaza, which is part of Comstock's mixed-use development adjacent to the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station. Comstock CEO Chris Clemente and COO Tim Steffan will be among the event's speakers, who will address the following topics:
- What is in store for Reston and Herndon's development pipeline? What projects are planned for 2024 that are redefining the areas into a live-work-play destination?
- As multifamily continues to gain traction for many developers and investors, what types of affordability initiatives is the area putting in place for it's new and current residents?
- Although the office market is still on the road to recovery, why are developers and investors continuing to feel bullish on this asset class? What success have they seen throughout the year and what activity are they expecting in 2024?
- With the latest Marriott AC/Residence Inn project, what drew investors and developers to the hotel hospitality sector in Reston?
