Gourmet Food Store Opening At Reston Town Center

RESTON, VA -- A gourmet food market will open at Reston Town Center this spring.

Balducci's, a small chain of gourmet markets, will open a location at 1871 Fountain Drive in May, according to their website.

Balducci's has posted a job listing for a chef who would work at that location.

"What started as a produce stand run by "Pop" Balducci has now become a food powerhouse, with stores located in Maryland, Virginia, New York and Connecticut," the listing states. "Since 1916, our passion for food has driven us to scour the world, bringing our customers the ultimate indulgences, quality and service. We pride ourselves in having an Executive Chef at every location, ensuring the quality our customers have come to expect."

Balducci's also has locations in Alexandria and McLean, as well as in Bethesda on the Maryland side. This would be Balducci's 10th location over all.
