GREAT FALLS, VA — Fairfax County police are looking for a man they say robbed a bank in Great Falls on Monday afternoon, according to authorities.

Around 3:45 p.m., investigators were at the scene of a bank robbery in the 700 block of Walker Road, according to a post on FCPD's official X account.

The suspect entered the bank, implied that he had a weapon and stole an undisclosed about of cash, according to police.

No injuries were reported.

Police described the man as wearing a black jacket, tan cargo pants, dark brown shoes, a black baseball cap, and brown leather gloves. He possibly fled with an orange backpack in a white vehicle.

Police ask anyone who has information about the robbery to call 911.
