Gunfire, Auto Thefts Get 2 Reston Men Jailed On Serious Charges: Police
They were charged along with another adult and a minor in connection with auto thefts and gunfire complaints in Loudoun County.

ASHBURN, VA -- Two Reston men are facing serious charges in connection with a series of larcenies and gunfire complaints in Loudoun County since last month.
Reston residents 21-year-old Justian E. Rubianes and 19-year-old Bryan H. Sandoval -- along with 19-year-old Onan G. Nunez of Ashburn and a minor -- face a combination of charges ranging from grand larceny (auto theft), receiving stolen property (firearm), and grand larceny from a vehicle, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
It all started on Sept. 11, when deputies responded to Heather Mews Drive in Ashburn to a report of suspects entering vehicles. Police determined they stole a vehicle, and sent a Fairfax County Police Department helicopter to search for it.

They were able to track down Rubianes and the minor, who were charged that day., the report says. The investigation later identified Nunez and Sandoval, who were charged as well.
"The search warrants recovered multiple firearms, ammunition and other items that are believed to have been stolen from vehicles," the report states. "Detectives believe the suspects were involved in a series of larcenies over the past several months targeting vehicles in both Loudoun and Fairfax. As part of the continuing investigation several more arrests have been made in Fairfax County."

The case is still under investigation, and more arrests are likely, police say.
