Gunfire In Reston Startles Residents Near Lake Anne: Police

RESTON, VA — Police are investigating after gunshots were reported in a Reston neighborhood, and authorities later discovered that a vehicle had been broken into as well.

Police were called to the 11600 block of Vantage Hill Road at around 6:20 a.m. on Saturday after "residents reported hearing gun shots in the area," according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"At least one vehicle was also broken into," the report states. "Evidence was recovered at the scene."

There were no injuries reported, and no suspects.
