Helicopters Flying Low Over Power Lines In Reston: Police
Don't be alarmed, it's just maintenance work on power lines and wires.

RESTON, VA -- If you see helicopters hovering low over power lines in the Reston area, it's because workers are conducting maintenance, police say.
Police tweeted Monday afternoon that Fairfax County residents can expect to see helicopters "flying lower than usual and close to lines around the county in the coming days as maintenance is completed."
Those crews were operating in Reston on Monday. Police did not indicate how long they would be in our area.
