RESTON, VA — High school football season is upon us, so get out your spirit gear and cheer on the South Lakes High School Seahawks and other Reston area teams.

Gathering in the football stadium to root for the local team is a fall tradition in many towns. The season for most local varsity football teams begins in late August and runs through early November. After that, qualifying teams will compete in regional tournaments in their quest for the state title.
