“Do this core routine on the four days of each week that you do not lift weights with your TNT coach." Three days with the coach? I thought TNT was Tuesday-Thursday. Turns out weekends are not for resting up. I’ve missed (skipped) three weekends.

No denying it now. Not only that, I can attend class at other TNT Fitness locations—Bethesda, Arlington, Woodbridge. Wouldn’t that be disloyal?

“Your goal is to complete 30 minutes (10 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes bike) before or after each TNT weightlifting session. On three non-lifting days, complete 60 minutes.”
