July 4 Freebies, Restaurant Deals In Northern Virginia

WASHINGTON, DC – A number of restaurants and fast-food joints are offering free food and meal deals on July 4. Check out the specials available throughout northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Some of the deals are valid only on the Fourth of July, others run through the weekend, and at least one is good through July 15. As always, specials can vary by location, so be sure to check that the offer applies at your venue.

Bonefish Grill: Through July 5, get $6 Bang Bang Shrimp.

Bruegger’s: On July 3 and 4, get red, white and blue bagels (individually or as part of a bagel sandwich). Locations here.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Company: Through July 7, enjoy limited-time drink specials that include free pint glasses. Specials include the American Twist (Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Pinnacle Raspberry Vodka, Bols Blue Curacao, Tropicana Lemonade, Sweet & Sour and Strawberry Puree) and the Fourth of July Icee. Burger King: Just in time for the Fourth of July (and for a limited time only), Burger King will be serving the American Brewhouse King Sandwich. The sandwich ($6.19) features two flame-grilled patties, three half-strips of bacon, onions, tavern sauce, American cheese and mayo. See details.

Chili's: Free chips and salsa and non-alcoholic drinks when you join the chain's My Chili's Rewards program.

Cracker Barrel: Order from the special Campfire menu through July 15. The menu features camping favorites, including BBQ Pork, seasoned corn on the cob and even s’mores.

Dairy Queen: For the month of July, enjoy these special menu items at participating locations: the Oreo Fireworks Blizzard and the Star Spangled Blizzard.

Einstein Bros. Bagels: Through July 6, get a BOGO special the Flavors Across America sandwich series when you show your local ID. The six Flavors Across America sandwiches are inspired by Southern, Southwestern and Midwestern flavors. Order one of these at regular price and get a second free.
