Major Crash Shuts Down Sunrise Valley Drive At Fairfax County Parkway In Reston
Police have since reopened the lanes, but delays may continue throughout the morning.

RESTON, VA – Police have now reopened all lanes at Sunrise Valley Drive and the Fairfax County Parkway in Reston after a significant crash early Wednesday morning.
Fairfax County Police tweeted at 6:15 a.m. that they were responding to the intersection due to a crash, which was resulting in "significant traffic delays." Police advised people to avoid the area.
At 6:51 a.m., police tweeted that all lanes were now open. However, delays may persist throughout rush hour.
