RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Police are investigating a recent malicious wounding that took place in Reston, according to the weekly crime report.

Officers were dispatched Friday, March 26, around 10:06 p.m. to the 11600 block of Stoneview Square for the report of an assault. They learned the victim was assaulted by several people known to him inside his home. The victim suffered cuts to his lower body and was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
