El Diez applies a similar approach to Mexican rice bowls, according to Wonder. The concept features bold sauces, full-size portions and included extras such as guac and queso. Standout bowls listed by the company include Red Chile Carnitas, Steak Fajita and Chicken Queso, with tortilla chips and a drink rounding out the meal.
The two concepts are backed by its culinary platform and fresh ingredients delivered daily. Wonder said it was positioning Pop Salad and El Diez as value-focused fast-casual options that still emphasize flavor, portion size and included extras.
