Restaurant Week Starts Monday, Here's Where to Book in Reston
Three local restaurants will be offering $22 three-course lunches and $35 three-course dinners.

RESTON, VA — It's almost time for Restaurant Week in the D.C. area, so now's the time to book your table for an inexpensive three-course night out -- and three Reston restaurants are participating.
Restaurant Week, organized each summer by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington, starts this coming Monday and runs from Aug. 15-21. The event features lots of area restaurants offering three-course meals for a special price: $22 for lunches and $35 for dinners.
Fondue restaurant The Melting Pot at 11730 Plaza American Drive is one Reston restaurants on the list. At The Melting Pot, diners use a skewer to dip fruit, veggies, meats and marshmallows into a pot of fondue.

Reston steakhouse staple Morton's at 11956 Market Street will be participating. They'll also be selling $1 filet mignon sandwiches on Friday, so you'll have several opportunities to get an inexpensive meal at the popular upscale steakhouse chain.
The third Reston restaurant that is taking reservations for Restaurant Week is PassionFish at 11960 Democracy Drive. The fine dining seafood restaurant is "devoted entirely to the freshest bounty of the world's oceans, lakes, rivers, and waterways," the restaurant website states.

"Chef Tunks and Executive Chef Chris Clime's seasonal menu celebrates the flavors and traditional techniques of our global coasts, from ceviches and cioppino to lobster rolls and crispy whole fish. It boasts an impressive raw bar and a dedicated sushi chef," the site adds.
