Reston Company One Of America's Fastest Growing Firms: Report

RESTON, VA — Reston is one of the hottest places in the nation to do business, so perhaps it's no surprise that a Reston company has been named one of the fastest growing companies in the United States for the second year in a row by Inc. 5000.

Verity Commercial, a real estate company that offers "brokerage, project management, and investment expertise," made the list again despite the fact that only a third of companies on the list were repeats from last year, according to a company statement.

“Our clients see long-term success using our approach,” said Herman Diebler, Verity’s cofounder and principal, in the statement. “We’re thrilled our growth and hard work is recognized by Inc. 5000 two years in a row. Success is terrific, but when repeated it’s particularly rewarding. We’re doing something right.”

According to Inc. 5000, Verity Commercial posted 2016 revenue of $2.3 million, and achieved three-year growth of 51 percent. It was founded in 2010 and has 14 employees, and is located at 1821 Michael Faraday Drive.
