Reston Man Burglarized While He Slept In His Home: Police
Police are searching for leads after a disturbing incident at a home on Lake Anne earlier this week.
RESTON, VA — Police say a man went to bed Monday night at his home on Lake Anne and woke up to find he had been burglarized.
Police were called to the 11400 block of Waterview Cluster to a report of a burglary on Tuesday, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
"The victim reported that he went to bed around 11 p.m. and someone came in and took his car keys, car, wallet, and two laptops," the report states. "During the investigation, the car was located and processed for evidence."
