Reston Man 'Laying In The Roadway' In Ashburn: Police
The man faces a public intoxication charge after he was reported laying in the road on Monday evening.
ASHBURN, VA — Police have arrested a Reston man on a charge of public intoxication after he was found "laying in the roadway" in Ashburn.
Police were asked to conduct a welfare check on a man in the road at the intersection of Ryan Road and Breezy Hollow Drive in Ashburn at around 6:15 p.m. on Monday, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Police arrested 37-year-old Christian N. Davis. He was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a personal recognizance bond.
