RESTON, VA — Celebree School is holding a groundbreaking event on Tuesday, Nov. 9 for a new preschool coming to Reston. Parents and community members are invited to attend the groundbreaking, which will have refreshments and activities.

Founded in 1994, Celebree is a nationwide franchise that specializes in early childhood education. It provides infant and toddler care, preschool, before and aftercare, and summer camp programs. The company offers programs for children six weeks old to 12 years.

Celebree currently operates 24 schools in Maryland and two in Delaware.

The new preschool in Northern Virginia, operated by franchisee Josephine Kibe-Johnson, will be located at 11109 Sunset Hills Rd, Unit 150 in Reston.

The school, which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2022, will be able to accommodate 188 children.

The groundbreaking event is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 11 a.m.
