Victim Shot In Reston Parking Lot Treated For Life-Threatening Injuries: Fairfax Police
Fairfax County Police are investigating a late-night shooting that left one person hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

RESTON, VA — A person who was shot by unknown suspects late Tuesday night in a parking lot near Isaac Newton Square and Wiehle Avenue in Reston was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries, according to a post on the Fairfax County Police Department's Twitter account.
Police were on the scene investigating the shooting around 11:35 p.m., according to a Twitter post by a MoCoShow traffic reporter. FCPD's helicopter, Fairfax 1, was also circling above the scene.
At first, police warned the public to stay clear of the area as they investigated the shooting, which does not appear to be a random act, according to police.
