Reston Town House Fire Extinguished; No Injuries Reported: FCFRS
Fairfax County Fire and Rescue were called to a Reston neighborhood on Saturday afternoon for the report of a townhouse fire.
RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Fire and Rescue personnel extinguished a townhouse fire early Saturday afternoon in Reston, according to posts on the department's official Twitter account. No injuries were reported.
Units responded around 12 noon for the report of a fire in the 1400 block of Yellowwood Court, according to the tweet. Arriving units observed fire on the exterior of the townhouse spreading into the attic.
The fire was quickly extinguished, according 12:35 p.m. Twitter post.
