Robberies At 2 Commercial Properties In Reston May Be Linked: Police

RESTON, VA — Detectives from the Reston District Station of the Fairfax County Police Department are investigating recent robberies from two commercial properties in Reston that they believe are linked, according to the weekly crime report.

The first incident occurred around 4:25 a.m., on May 9, at the My Eye Dr located at 1841 Fountain Drive in Reston. Police say that someone had forced their way into the business and took property.

In the second incident, someone forced their way into the office building at 1875 Campus Commons Drive between May 9 and May 12. They then took or damaged property at a number office suites, according to police.
