GREAT FALLS, VA -- A fatal crash in the Great Falls area in September was caused by a combination of speed and alcohol, police say.
On Sept. 16 at around 7 p.m., a car ran off the road and hit a tree in the 10500 block of Beach Mill Road, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
