Updated: Victim Asks Police Not To Investigate Incident In Reston
Fairfax County Police responded around midnight Monday for the report of an emergency in Reston.

RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Police personnel were dispatched around 11:49 p.m., on Monday, after receiving a report of an emergency in the 2200 block of Castle Rock Square in Reston, according to a scanner report.
"The victim was hit in the upper body with a bottle by someone known to him," an FCPD spokesman said, in an email. "He did not wish the case to be investigated by officers."
