The owner of three office buildings near the Reston Station development included two pickleball courts in recent filings, reports say.

RESTON, VA — TF Cornerstone is working with landscape architect LandDesign to create "nodes of activation" across The Commons at Reston Station, according to reports.
Located a short walk away from the Comstock Holding Companies' Reston Station Development, the property consists three office buildings TF Cornerstone owns at 1881, 1900 and 1902 Campus Commons Drive, according to the Washington Business Journal.
TF Cornerstone filed proposals with Fairfax County last week that included landscaped "amenity zones" instead of surface parking, according to WBJ's reporting. Among the amenities under consideration are two tenant-only pickleball courts on the rooftop level of a garage in the campus.
