What reviewers say:

What makes this place so awesome is the decor, the attitude of the staff, the tacos (of course), and the margaritas. Oh yes, the margaritas are the stuff of cocktail heaven. The key is fresh squeezed limes. Makes a huge difference. I was informed they sell more margaritas than tacos. That is a no brainer! - Victor H.

I've been here a few times and I've tried most of the options. The pork belly is soft and flavorful, as well as the carnitas, and fried fish which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You really can't go wrong with any of the items. - Angela K.

I really wanted to like this place more, but I'm going to give 3 stars because the quantity of food fell short. ... Seems like a nice date spot for people that don't care about how much food they get but want a fun, millennial status atmosphere. - Andrei L.

2. Jackson's Mighty Fine Food & Lucky Lounge, 11927 Democracy Dr (912 reviews, 4 stars)

What reviewers say:

Yes, everything you read about their brunch is TRUE! I could eat here every week. Yes, the little donut things are free and delicious. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet as we were the 2nd table on a rainy Saturday morning. - Cyrstal E.

There's free parking for customers, which you wouldn't know until you are already inside the restaurant. They should put a sign outside since we spent a long time looking for parking that we ultimately paid for. Bummer. Very happy with everything here and will return if ever in Reston. - Latoya W.

The prices were fair, the portions were fair, and the taste was aaallll there!! I definitely took everyone's recommendation on the crab and shrimp fritters. That was the best tasting app ever! - Rona R.

PassionFish, 11960 Democracy Dr (627 reviews, 4 stars)

What reviewers say:

It's Restaurant Week so this was the lucky restaurant we picked out. I love the setting of this place and our server seemed to have practiced his spiel really well! Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place and try the other dishes next time! - Mae A.

I had a great lunch with my co-workers here. They have a few secret menu items, I'm not sure how often it changes. My guess is pretty frequently. I got an entree from the secret menu which included salmon from Iceland with a pineapple base sauce, a spaghetti squash & zucchini noodle salad, and a passion fruit popsicle all for $14, it was a great deal. Everything was very fresh and tasty. - Sarah G.

Passion Fish should definitely be everyone's go-to brunch spot in Reston! Love that they offer the a la carte menu option, but why would anyone do that when you can choose two courses for $19 PLUS the option of $2 orange/blood orange mimosas or bloodymary's. Their menu is catered towards both seafood fans and non-fans, so you have everything from traditional ceviche to french toast to choose from. - Sana S.
