Ronit A. Dancis Brings Proffer Skills To Dulles Area Transportation Association

RESTON, VA —Ronit A. Dancis has been named the new employer outreach and proffer manager for the Dulles Area Transportation Association (DATA), according to a release. She previously served as the transportation management association director for the Tysons Partnership Inc., where she helped to make the Tysons area more walkable.

“We couldn’t be happier that Ronit is joining the DATA team,” said DATA President and CEO Doug Pickford, in the release. “Ronit has an impressive track record of success working with businesses and government to increase transit ridership, carpooling and vanpooling, as well as promoting biking and walking.”

Before joining the Tysons Partnership Inc., Ronit served for four years on the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments’ Citizens Advisory Committee for Transportation Planning Board. Since March 2020, she's also assisted landowners meet Fairfax County's proffer requirements and helped employers adapt to changes in Silver Line service and the COVID-19 pandemic.
