Watch New Footage of Submerged Car Pulled Out of Lake Anne in Reston [VIDEO]
The Reston Association released additional video after a car flew off the road and into the lake in mid-November.

RESTON, VA — No one was injured after a man lost control of his car and plunged into Lake Anne back on Nov. 16, but it forced the Fairfax County Police Dive Team to get wet in order to drag it out. Now, the Reston Association has released new video with some additional footage of the delicate operation.
A 45-year-old man was driving down Wiehle Avenue with a 7-year-old girl as a passenger when he lost control of the car, which left the roadway and crashed into Lake Anne. The man and the girl were able to escape the car, thanks to the help of some passersby.
The Fairfax County Police Dive Team had to wait until the next day to get the car out because the crash happened shortly before dark.
