RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Police arrested an Alexandria man on Washington Plaza early Thursday morning for possessing weapons and narcotics, according to the weekly crime report.

Officers found Jose Freeman, 28, of Alexandria, lying on the ground in the 1600 block of Washington Plaza. When the officers searched Freeman, they found narcotics, multiple ammunition rounds, and a firearm.

Police charged Freeman with two counts of felony possession of ammunition, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of schedule 4 narcotics.
