Whither Champps?

Reliable sources tell me that Champps Americana Restaurant in Plaza America is permanently closed.  This is so recent that their website still lists Plaza America as one of their locations.  Did anybody bother to notify corporate?  Any word regarding why their departure and/or who will move into that space?
