Police believe the Honda was traveling south on Riverbend Road when it ran off the road, rolling onto the passenger side after striking the pole and coming to rest.
It's possible that Nguyen suffered a medical emergency that caused her to lose control of the vehicle, and police are investigating that angle, the report states.
