Chesterbrook Academy Donates Essential Items for Those in Need

Students from Chesterbrook Academy Preschool on Stony Point Road in Richmond recently delivered 14 boxes of essential items to The Crestwood Care Closet, an organization that benefits community members in need. Throughout December, students worked together to collect a variety of items, including coats, pants, shirts, shoes and diapers. During the delivery, students helped unload the donations and learned how their contributions will benefit the community.

The Crestwood Care Closet is a clothing swap/pantry for Crestwood community members and provides clothes, shoes, coats, hats, gloves, socks, swimwear, sportswear and new toiletries for both children and adults.
