• Fire at Henrico Waffle House started in kitchen; no injuries reported (wtvr.com) — A kitchen fire at the Waffle House on Williamsburg Road in Sandston prompted a full evacuation late Sunday morning, but fortunately no injuries were reported. Henrico firefighters quickly responded to heavy smoke near the Richmond airport, and investigators believe the blaze started in the kitchen, though the exact cause is still under investigation.
