Chesterbrook Academy Preschoolers Donate $300 to Local Nonprofit

On Oct. 16, students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool on Old Pump Road in Richmond presented a donation of more than $300 to Ronald McDonald House Charities® Richmond at the school’s annual fall festival. To raise money for the organization, students decorated pumpkins and hosted a silent auction. Students presented a check to the organization’s director of development and showed off their pumpkin creations at the fall festival. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping other children in their community.
