About Underground Phenoms
The Underground Phenoms Exposure basketball program was established to discover and promote the players who are overlooked on the "Grassroots Basketball Circuit". We look where others don't look and we give exposure to players others won't. Our staff is committed to calling it like it is and giving credit where credit is due.
Underground Phenoms (UGP) runs tournaments, camps, and travel teams. UGP promotes high school and middle school basketball players, while providing resources for each player to achieve his goal of receiving a college scholarship.
