Richmond Police Department: Arrests Made In Holly Springs Avenue Homicide
Ebony Webb, 24, of Richmond and Ra-Shawn Dyson, 33, of Richmond, were arrested in Orange County, Florida without incident, police said.

Both
individuals sought in connection to last week’s homicide on Holly Springs
Avenue have been apprehended by U.S. Marshals and deputies from the Orange
County Sheriff’s Office with information provided by Richmond Police Department
detectives.

Webb, 24, of Richmond and
Ra-Shawn Dyson, 33, of Richmond, were arrested in Orange County, Florida
without incident. Webb has been charged with first degree murder and use of a
firearm in the commission of a felony. Dyson has been charged with conspiracy
to commit murder. Their booking photos are not yet available. On Tuesday,
August 10 at approximately 3:19 p.m., Richmond Police were called to the 800
block of Holly Springs Avenue for the report of a shooting. Officers
arrived and located an adult male, Frederick Boatwright, inside a
vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a local
hospital where he was pronounced dead. Anyone
