Richmond Police Department: East Belt Boulevard Death Investigation
A second victim, an adult female self-transported in a private vehicle to a local hospital with life threatening injuries, police said.

approximately 6:12 p.m., Richmond Police responded to the 1700 block of East
Belt Boulevard for a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located an
adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A second
victim, an adult female self-transported in a private vehicle to a local
hospital with life threatening injuries. Medical
Examiner will determine manner and cause of death. Anyone
