Richmond Police Department: Suspects Sought In Stencil Vandalism

Richmond
Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify the individuals
in the attached photos who are suspects in several vandalism incidents. A video
of the suspects is also available by using the link:

At
approximately 1:37 a.m., Tuesday, August 24, the male and female suspects
placed stencils on the pavement in front of a business in the 1600 block of
West Main Street and applied black paint to display the words “Clean Kids Die”.
This stenciled vandalism has been placed at several locations throughout the
city. Anyone
with information about the identity of this suspects is asked to contact
