Richmond Police Department: Victim Identified In Hull Street Homicide
Sunday at approximately 1:44 p.m., Richmond Police were called to the 3400 block of Hull Street for a report of a person shot, police said.

Police detectives have identified the victim in Sunday’s homicide on Hull
Street as Jer’maurri Gilliam, 26, of Richmond.

Sunday at
approximately 1:44 p.m., Richmond Police were called to the 3400 block
of Hull Street for a report of a person shot. Officers arrived and
located Gilliam with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the
scene. Anyone
