Gina and Doug Brown, Daniel Delgado, and Lisa and Leo LaPointe long looked for a way to partner together and found it when they opened a Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery in Alexandria. Now, less than a year later, they have opened a location in Short Pump and are thrilled to share their joy. “It has been wonderful celebrating moments big and small with Alexandria and we are excited to continue sharing these delicious cakes and the joy they bring with them. Short Pump is such a vibrant community and we are pleased to be able to be a part of this bustling area.” The bakery will celebrate their grand opening January 29 (see details below).

Nothing Bundt Cakes is located in The Corner at Short Pump at 11845 West Broad Street in Henrico and is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is the first in the Richmond area and the 13th in the state. The luscious cakes are baked in-house and are made with the finest ingredients, including real eggs, butter and cream cheese, in 40 unique designs and 10 delicious flavors.
